I can't manage friends anymore!

I've had a notification for "Incoming Friend Request" for several days now, When I go to the part of my User Control Panel, it takes over a minute to fully load but I never get the dialog box at the bottom where I can review friend requests and approve or disapprove them!

What browser and os are you using?

The same browser and os I've been using since the first day I've had an account here and it has worked until 3 days ago! Before you say "try a different browser or that os has problems" this only started a few days ago. All the obvious "solutions" have been checked and verified!

It has resolved itself as mysteriously as it started!
