First I think it's a good day to ad a new permanent rule. I make you a list of propositions, I recommand to choose one of them but if you really cannot do any of them choose another one yourself.

- Can not say no to any men (so never say no at all with rule 6)
- Each time I wear a t-shirt under something it must be a female t-shirt
- No men's bottom allowed only girl ones (including girl jeans)

Then during the day I think you should write your new age *8 times the sentence :

Finally come back to your pen and under you writting lines, start to wrtie a story with all the thought you got during this corner time. Put as much details as possible in it so you can try after to realize all of it!
