Rainbow 23f weight loss help

Hi! I’m 23f looking for some kinky dares / rules / punishments / rewards that will aid in my weight loss journey. I’m currently 5’4 and 195 lbs. My goal goal weight is ~120 but my first goal weight is 174! I’m currently going on a walk everyday, not eating any sweets, and intermittent fasting.

I enjoy things like food / diet control, exercise control, humiliation, tpe, pain, semi-public, orgasm control, edging, forced orgasms, and more.

For rules
At least 1 meal a day must be on all 4 on the floor.
At least 2 liter of water everyday

No orgasmes until you reach

For your walk each day you should use this dice dare.

How many steps:
1- 2000
2- 4000
3- 6000
4- 8000
5- 10000
6- 15000

Exercise: (On your walk complete...)
1- a burpee for every 500 steps
2- 10 star jumps every 1000 steps
3- 5 squats for every 1000 steps
4- Jog for 500 steps
5- Find somewhere public and spend 10 minutes stretching
6- No extra exercise.

Outfit:
1- Your choice
2- No bra
3- No panties
4- No pants and jeans
5- Tight fitting clothes
6- Loose fitting clothes

Pre walk-
1- Drink 1 litre of water, you can only pee somewhere in public
2- Edge 10 times
3- Apply toothpaste to your nipples and clit before you walk
4- Write degrading things on your thighs
5- 30 spanks
6-

Challenge:
1- Cum somewhere in public
2- Edge 5 times along the walk
3- Flash your tits for 30 seconds
4- Spill water down your top
