Easy rule: You will check your weight every day, then report the exact number here. You must edge afterwards.

To add to the above, you may only cum on days where your weight has gone down - you are denied whenever it has stayed the same/gone up. You must also keep your weight written on your belly at all times.

Whenever you snack outside of mealtimes, it must be eaten from a pet bowl without your hands. You must also edge once for each snack you have.
