Team Battle

Ok, this is an idea I've had for a little while.

There are several teams of people, each with a leader.

Every week there will be a new task, everyone on each team must perform or attempt to perform the task including the team leader.

Whichever team has all their members finish the task first wins the battle, they take no forfeits and their leader gets to choose a forfeit.

At the end of the week all the leaders of the other teams then must do the forfeit. And, anyone who has not finished the task must also do the forfeit.

If any leaders do not finish the task they get a punishment from each member of their team who did the task. They must do this punishment or they are ejected from the game and a new member of the team becomes the leader.

The winning leader also then gets to pick the new task for the week.

If no team has all its members finish the task, the team with the highest percentage of people completing the task wins.

At the end of a week the leader can choose to step down and stop being the leader, the rest of the team then votes on who they want to be the leader.

The max number of people per team is 6 plus one leader.

Leaders get to name their teams and can eject people from their teams, though only one person a week.
