This is similar to a set-up for games I used years ago. Basically, you get together on skype (or in real life if you're lucky) and plays games. Any games you want. The loser of each game picks a playing card. What's important to realise here is that this is not meant for a ten-minute over-and-done with game. It's intended for a longer session than that. If you play something like Battleships, you can pick a card after each ship is sunk if you want. Or at the end of the game if you're playing quickly. Connect 4 would work well too. Or get some quizzes up from Trivia Plaza and pick a card each time someone gets a question wrong.
