My master would like to make me a cam slave but has asked I come here to request suggestions of how to put me into cam servitude

A big queue will form )) I think, the best way for Doms, who want to treat you, is to place somewere (may be here) smth like scenario of session. Then you Master can choose, what he wishes for you to execute.
After first sessions trusted Doms appear, who can just ask your Master for next session, with no scenario needed.
As software Hangouts or Skype can be used. These programms are free and most common in the world.

You could always just create an account on chaturbate where your Master could hold sessions with you and invite people to watch or just have a public room where everyone can watch.
