The Hung Gar kung fu is the kung fu used at the Southern Shaolin temples

And Dit Da Jow is medicine used to heal the body quickly from injurys and conditioning and it freakin works lol. Healed my broken knuckle in a day. But the thing is, the recipe on how to make it is a secret :P And it takes like 2 years to make.

But yeah, we're doing some Lion Dancing this Saturday at the grand opening, i want to see if i can do it, if i can then i'll try to get video
