well.... every time i ate a hamburger i saw a cow, the same with chicken and pigs and such. I couldn't do it any longer. It's been 5 years now. If I ate meat I'd get sick, and so I just don't eat meat.

I didn't expect you to know. And it's actually easier than you'd think. I LOVE meat. Huge fan. I really miss steaks, but the cravings only come every once in a while and never last long.

ich nutrition. i only have 2 rules as far as that goes 1) no meat 2) eat when you're hungry and don't when you're not. but the first rule is only cuz i'm a vegitarian. other people can eat meat :P
