Hi! :-) So simplisitcally - without knowing ANYTHING about you other than you like word association (like me!) here's my contribution:

Eat healthy, exercise - do both EVERYDAY without fail - then when you take the odd day off from either (or both!) it feels great - AND you earned it.
"WHY AM I SO RUBBISH AT FAILING TO TRY TO ASK GIRLS OUT?"
Anxiety about rejection is usually the biggest issue - so...how about, just as an experiment, think about this:
There's a girl that you like, but you are SURE thinks you are a TOTAL tool - a real loser...great! That gives you the chance to PROVE to her that, at the very least, you have great big brass balls. .../...
.../... (cont from above) So... You can walk up to her, maybe even in front of ALL her friends so that she doesn't feel like you are cornering her, smile and tell her you really like her and that you'd like to go out with her. Worst case scenario she (and all her friends) laugh at the very thought of you going out with her...LOL - that's funny - it just shows how limited and narrow their imaginations are - but they have all at least imagined it now! You MADE that happen. Now, WHATEVER happens you can smile and say "OK" and feel good that ALL of them have just noticed the fact that you have great big brass balls...Oh yeah - and they have just imagined you going out with her...AND you might find you are smiling and saying "OK" to a date now and again! Rejection is not a bad thing - and regardless of their reactions, girls almost ALWAYS like getting asked out (so long as you're not being a creepy stalker!) - its flattering.
