Try it outside, or at a friends' house

No one can see into my window. So there would be no risk.

Every day: strip down, and stand in front of an open window. Blindfold yourself, with your underwear, and stand there for a chosen time. Change your position each day. If your more flexible, try something like putting your legs over your head, or another unique pose.
