No, the pics are just shared privately on the KIK app, only the rating will be shared on your profile, like you saw in the example. The rating can be humiliating (again see example) but the exchange when sharing the pictures can be too if you want.

So just so I understand, this is a public rating so I would be posted publicly some place nude and rated. Also since this is a humiliating dare to I would be humiliated too.

It's "public rating" so just like the example, it's posted on the profile of the person being rated. If you want it otherwise state your needs.
