Well for one I'm Christian, which is nice by itself. I enhance that through meditation where I work with animal guides. For me, religion is like the drink and spirituality is like the cup we use to experience the drink.

So you are very spiritual? In what ways?

totally. I am too. Animals and nature are such a huge part of my spirituality.
