December Weight
Things are going so much better.
I'm able to use the spinning bike for 15 minutes a day. I can walk for an hour.
It's so good to be mobile again!
The last two weeks flew by. I went away and had a break from everything.

Finally broke the 70kg barrier!
Eating well and looking after myself.
This is going to be a good year.
