My New Dare Journal, YAY!

I finally figured out what I was going to do, with the help of some people on this site and off.
Basically, I've set up a site where you can post a challenge and I will try to do the good ones. You can vote on others if you want to increase the chances I do it. If I try and fail, I will take a punishment from the punishment suggestions, whichever one has the highest vote count.

Please take a look at it, I just made it, and would appreciate suggestions. Did I make sense? Was I too wordy? I kind of wrote it in a haze of excitement and exhaustion from not getting enough sleep last night, so I have no idea what I've done.
