What is the Problem?

I was watching television today and they were talking about Obama trying to get rid of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." What is the problem with people knowing that someone in the military is gay? I don't understand! The same goes with gay marriages. What's the problem with that?

1. 	It's always been a problem, especially in the military. Most likely, they would get harassed by other guys if they were openly gay anyways.
