Story behind it is.. some days ago, a friend of mine was eating cup noodles, and was complaining about it being hot and having to blow on it before she could eat it resulting in it falling off her fork again, and she said something like;
"It's long and it's warm and if you let it hang it falls down again."
Which resulted in another friend laughing because she obviously had a dirty mind.
