HIMYM is my favorite show of all time by far. I've watched it entirely enough times to know every word of every episode and then some more times just for fun.
HIMYM has a couple of moments that make me cry every damn time.
S7e10 - When Barney's heart is ripped to pieces
S6e13 - When Marhsel gets the news
S7e17 - When Robin and Ted will never happen
S9e24 - The entire damned episode

• Scrubs

My second favorite show of all time by far. Again i've watched it to know every word by heart and a few more times. And like HIMYM it's emotional moments trigger me to floods...
S5e20 - When Dr. Cox loses everything
S3e14 - The funeral
S6e15 - When Carla says goodbye
S8e03 - Georges last words
S8e18 - The entire damned episode

• Futurama

My favorite animate show of all time by far. And again, i know it all by heart and then some. It's just like if the Simpsons never got crap.
S4e07 - It's the dog episode, need i say more?
S4e12 - When Fry never gives up
S4e18 - The perfect ending!
S7e26 - The perfect ending! again

• Friday Night Lights

My favorite sports show of all time by far. Don't quite know every word by heart in this one, but it's very close.
S2e14 - Smash gives the speech
S5e13 - Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose!

• Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Major cult classic and just a brilliant series. The emotional moments arn't too often, but they are epic when they hit.
S5e16 - Anyas speech, Dawns breakdown
S7e12 - Xander's speech to Dawn
S7e22 - So many deaths...
