Another year...another heart break...but this time something feels different inside me...

This time things ended not because of me (apparently) but because I got with a girl who hadn't gotten over her ex...who says she isn't ready for another relationship.

I am undecided whether this is the full reason, or whether I was fed a line...I believed the former at first, and nothing has really changed to invalidate this thought...but I am not taking chances and I am feeling driven...

Okay...I’ll start with the apology and then get to the update...
So those that follow me here will know I can dip in and out of this site a bit, the last couple of months or so I have not even logged in...
Now in the past frustration has led me to leave, but this time it was purely lifestyle, I’ve had a very busy few months, I’ve been involved in a big project at work that’s led me to a lot of overtime, due to the summer weather I’ve been out and about socialising...

I've always loved playing games since childhood up until now
It's always been part of who I am and one of my favourite things to do, whether alone or with friends.
When I was younger I played a lot of Chess, Kingmaker, Mouse Trap, Cluedo and Monopoly, I didn't always win but found the experience a lot of fun.
I remember we had this friend of the family, a girl Kirsty I would play games against, too young for anything sexual...but I always got an extra thrill playing her.

Okay...so after vowing that I would take more of a back seat on this site...well, I thought why not do a little light event running...

Call this an acid test...to firstly see whether there is any interest in me hosting some events...
secondly if this will take up a lot of my time...

I've tried to keep things simple and offer a bit of variety, even keeping a track of scores...
