- You will have to ask permission to change your underwear, but you can only ask once a day, yes, you can ask whoever you want.

- When you have to ask for permission (to change your underwear or for anything else) and you receive a negative answer, you will give yourself a swirly for each negative answer you receive.

- Every time you want to go to the bathroom, you will flip a coin. If it comes up heads, you can pee. If tails come up, you can't flip another coin for another 1 hour.

- You must count the times you look at a woman's chest at the end of the day. For every time you've looked at a woman's chest, you'll give yourself a wedgie.

- Every time someone says your name or your nickname, you must hit your balls 5 times. If you can, you'll do it now, if you can't do it now, you'll do it as soon as you find a place where you can.

- You should make an Edge as soon as you wake up.

- You should do an Edge just before you go to sleep.

- Every time you go to the bathroom to pee, you should pull your pants and underwear down to your ankles.
