Why is punctuation and capitalization such a lost art in chat? Do people just not know how to type? Are there still hunters-and-peckers alive out there?

Granted, I understand the informality of chat conversations, and will sometimes stray into the land of all lower-case myself, but to ALWAYS avoid the use of any capitalization or punctuation, I can't do it.

Yep. That's right. I've lost my dare muse. I don't have a clue where they went....one minute, I was nearly overwhelmed with dare ideas...now, I'm stuck.

Like a rock in a stream as water eddies around me. Flowing past, but never stopping or giving me anything but an occasional splash in the eye.

Did you ever have one of the irrational fears that seems to keep you one step behind everyone else? Some fear that makes absolutely no sense, but still lingers in the back of your mind? Hiding. Waiting. Showing itself only when you about to step beyond whatever limit you've decided is too much?

I can't tell you how many times I've ALMOST clicked on the getdare.com chat, but chickened out....

I figured I should probably explain some about the dares I've posted recently. There is some common thread to them, if you have figured that out already.

Personally, I'm not into dares that require a trip to the grocery store, the home improvement store AND a little boutique on the corner. C'mon, who has 250 feet of rope, five pairs of handcuffs and three gallons of maple syrup? If you do, great, but I don't.
