Any time I want to orgasm, I have to edge, hold the edge and my breath for 10 seconds, and the flip a coin. Tails and I don't come. Heads, and yay, I get to finish! I then make a mark on my thigh with a permanent marker.
Next time I want to come I have to flip the coin an extra time for each visible mark. It has to land on heads every time in order for me to be allowed an orgasm.
If I flip tails and want to try again, I have to wait five minutes with my mouth full, be it with my gag, a dildo, or my hand. Then I can try again.
If I accidentally ruin, I have to make another mark on my thigh. I am also allowed hands free orgasms with my tens unit, if I can manage it without an electrode directly on my clit. They result in another mark on my thigh, but I don't have to flip a coin for them.
I am allowed an occasional cheat day, if I feel I need it, where I don't have to follow the rules. I pay for those with a day of no-touch within a week of my cheat day.
