Temper Tantrum

*Please be advised that the following is not going to be pretty*
Today I am grumpy.
I don't want to adult.
I just want to scream and yell and cry.
I want to punch something, strangle somebody, bite somebody and make them bleed.
I want to throw smelly socks at people.
I want to stomp around with a grumpy scowl on my face.
And don't even try to cheer me up or I will bite your fingers off.
I am grumpy, and I just want to stay grumpy!

Just be it, and we hope another mood will take over ... sooner or later.

I feel this way most days! I’ve been told it’s good to admit your emotions and then confront why you’re feeling that way but then I told that person to leave me alone because I’m grumpy.
