Tried hypno file to see if it works
So, I chose to listen to a hypno file overnight, and it was email slave. So basically whenever I receive an email with the subject "this is your new hypno file" I must do as it says in there. All I ask is you keep within my limits. Also if the words must do are in there I will not remember anything at all about what happened. Again all I ask is please stick to my limits.

By the an example of a task is saying I have to diaper up and take laxative and can't wake up until I have messed myself and in my mind I would find that super humiliating not knowing what's going on.
