My Grandma

Today was my first day of the last semester of college. I couldn't sleep very well last night so I was tired and didn't want to get up this morning. I called my dad to say that finding a parking spot was shit. After I hung up, I went to class. About 10 minutes after class starts, he calls me back but I didn't answer so he left a voicemail. After class was over, I listened to my voicemail and my dad told me to call him back ASAP. I called him back and he told me that my grandma just passed away. 
I walked into work, in tears, and told my boss that she passed away. She told me to take as much time off as I need and my shift will be covered. After I walked out of work, it started to rain. When I got to my car, a song about never saying goodbye was on the radio. This all happened just like the movies.
To top off my week, my dad told me that they are planning on having the funeral on Tuesday, which just so happens to be my birthday. Happy freaking birthday to me.
