when signing up to a website you do not want to be associated with, make a false e-mail and or false name.
keep your 2 lives appart, unless you trust yourself with the person on the other side of the computer. they will fogive you.
even use unrelated nicknames, if people know you as trixietang and thats how you post mainstream then change the nickname.
