If you've been through something that left you with these triggers, don't feel that you are unable to explain that they exist. No one should ever be allowed to do anything to you or make you do anything to yourself that you aren't comfortable with. Anyone who isn't a jerk will understand that.

I always love reading your blogs, im sorry to hear your friend who you was helping protect from her abusive master is returning to him. Here's hoping he doesn't seriously punish her for running away, although with the way you have described the fear of him I'm sure its not going to be a welcomed return with no consequences

Im glad your taking care of her, shame on her master for whatever he happened to do to her sounds like he really messed her head up good. I cant say I have ever been in this situation so hard to know just how that fear feels but you express and explain it to us very clearly.
