What has happened to me…
Des is right.
Whatever happened, don't give in. I did that once and it's not a fun place to be.
You deserve to be happy and to enjoy life. Stop focusing on the bad and try to find the good. It's out there, trust me.Posted 05-07-2012 at 05:51 AM by AlmightyElemental -
What has happened to me…
Life at times can be rather complicated. I don't think anyone would have the simple answers for you.
But don't give up, cause in the end it's all definately worth it.
You'll have that strong feeling again, and you will be happy - as long as you continue fighting for it :-)
Good luck, and don't let the darkness get to you fully.Posted 05-07-2012 at 03:54 AM by deschut -
How is everyone?
I haven't been particularly good, but I'm trying to keep good spirits. I'm glad you've been doing fairly wellPosted 03-31-2012 at 05:50 PM by meeacaroline -
Temperamental
Could be a lot of reasons.
There are always medical explanations for why things like this happen to people.
The problem is, there are so many possible causes, and in everyone that's ever lived, it's likely a combination of a hundred different things, anything from your colon being obstructed, to your diet, to a chemical imbalance or neurological condition, to repressed emotions you've turned inward.
The possibilities are so endless that the only real advice anyone can give you is this: Lifestyle change.
This includes diet, job, everything.
This is almost unthinkable for most people, though, so the cycle continues endlessly.
If you're out of balance with your environment, regardless of what that environment is, you will be unhealthy, ergo, you will be unhappy.
Human health can be broken down into four categories.
Physical health - This is your body. Self-explanatory.
Mental health - This refers to brain function. How well does your brain function in a physical, chemical sense.
Emotional health - This is your psychology and social behavior. How healthy your social life is, how adapted you are to your environment, etc.
Spiritual health - This is the subjective part of your brain and mental thought processes. While cynics will argue the validity of this category, I will say that the human brain is programmed to look for something to believe in. It's programmed to love, rationalize, and loathe parts of its world.
Spirituality can be defined as the study of the self and how we fit into our world, so we can say your spiritual health relates specifically to how self-aware you are.
This is important because it relates to how you identify. Your identity determines who you are. This sounds obvious, but many people don't realize that they need to start *here* to be healthy.
Your identity is everything. Find it.
In short, if one or all of these things are out of balance, then you need to bring them into balance.
I'm confident you're dealing with a health issue, but health doesn't necessarily mean things like blood pressure or sickness.Posted 03-13-2012 at 09:25 AM by Endu

Living.
I am really glad to hear this. Having felt the same way and having the same thing happened to me just this week, I know how great of a feeling you must have felt.

Changes
If you ever need someone to talk to I'm here too.
At the end of the day you should be proud of yourself for leaving the relationship you were in - it's no good being with someone who insults you and won't let you spend time with your friends. Speaking from personal experience I've felt the same as you & I can tell you for a fact that leaving that relationship was the BEST decision of my life. I know you are at the stage where you feel alone and perhaps a little lost, I did too but eventually you get over it stay strong. You KNOW you don't need anyone so just spend your time with people you love doing things you love. Find new areas to your personality and eventually you will look back and be like wow, my life really has turned around. Remember there is someone out there perfect for you so don't settle for anything less than You are an amazing person and life is too short to waste time with people who aren't worth it.

Not really much to say :)
Puppy-sized elephants, pirate puppies, and adorable babies always make my day better. I know you didn't intend to but you literally just made me cry. I've had such an awful time lately (see my blog post if you're interested, but I didn't even include everything) that just reminding me that there are little things that should make me happy and people that enjoy the same thing I do made my day so much better. Thank you so much. Blessed be. DFTBA.Posted 02-10-2012 at 12:55 PM by meeacaroline -

Hello. . .
It's because, deep down, something is wrong in his eyes, whether it be in his life or yours, and he things it'll be easier on you if you don't know. Typical guy logic.
