The weight of this sad time we must obey;
Speak what we feel, not what we ought to say.
The oldest hath borne most: we that are young
Shall never see so much, nor live so long.
Speak what we feel, not what we ought to say.
The oldest hath borne most: we that are young
Shall never see so much, nor live so long.

Earthquake
I always sleep through earthquakes, and once I slept through the fire alarm. I should be afraid of falling asleep.Posted 06-11-2009 at 11:57 AM by BettyBoop -
Earthquake
Are earthquakes fun? I don't think I have ever expeirenced an earthquake. I think a long time ago, there was only a couple in my area.Posted 06-11-2009 at 10:55 AM by lokelake -

Earthquake
About 50% of my friends felt it.
I sleep through anything.
However, I was fairly disturbed to find that my crisp packet had moved during the night...Posted 02-27-2008 at 10:12 AM by Davros -

Was just looking at a bbc report on it. No wonder it felt so strong, epicentre was only about 15 miles from me and the strongest earth quake the uk has had in 25 years!Posted 02-27-2008 at 03:12 AM by Sum -

It's not like full on hard core arguing, just little bits of tension from people not listening to each other. That and not staying on topic or even attempting to.

Bumping = Rule 12
Quote:On this site you should be able to bump.
Whats the point of having pages of dares if you can't talk about them? A truth or a dare doesn't become any less relevant as time goes on does it??Posted 01-20-2008 at 08:14 PM by depp -
Bumping = Rule 12
Oi, I last commented earlier this evening. Stop bumping your comments up!
HahaPosted 01-20-2008 at 04:53 PM by Davros -
Bumping = Rule 12
It's also for things like slave requests, where the request is very old, as there are lots of people who pass though leave a request, never to be seen again.
For those check the last log in date of the person who made the request.
I think really bumping is more about putting an old thread up to the front page just to say 'hey look at this old thread'
I don't think relevent contrbutions on intresting threads really counts as bumping.
Just my opinion anywayPosted 01-20-2008 at 04:52 PM by Sum -
Bumping = Rule 12
It depends. If someone asks for a dare to do at the weekend, it's no use 3 months later is it?
However if it says: Tell us what happened when you did this dare, I think it should be allowed to re-start the thread.Posted 01-20-2008 at 02:27 PM by Davros -

Posting on a tread that is old, as in hasn't seen any activity in a long time, and thus, bumping it back onto the front pages of the site.Posted 01-20-2008 at 11:29 AM by Sum -

For those of us who are not internet savy. What is bumping? (D says other than a bad dance or something you do in the middle of the night.) Wow, he really just dated himself.Posted 01-20-2008 at 10:52 AM by Isabell -

Indeed, that's why i said that i assume they were trying to give me bad rep, baised on the rep comment they left quoted above.
Oh well, first time someones even attempted to give me bad rep hehehePosted 01-19-2008 at 07:25 PM by Sum -

Grey doesn't mean bad rep, I should point out. It's just rep from someone who can't give red/green yet - dunno how this works really.Posted 01-19-2008 at 06:21 PM by Davros -
Bumping = Rule 12
Yes, you're right. Bumping is not only prohibited but is also a major problem I've noticed particularly in the slave/master area (as well as creating double/multiple threads).
Anytime a member points this out, it helps new users to get accustomed to the rules & helps mods to do their job. So, sum1, next time you point one I'll add you rep... and I have enough of it for you to get a green square!Posted 01-19-2008 at 05:10 PM by SubMissChievous
