I vote for Loke.
His persistent show of blatant confidence obviously means that he is a master coder.
He is therefore likely to be a master and highly proficient in Unix, PHP, SQL, HTML, XML, Java, TCP/IP etc., etc. Tools he would need to be Admin and Systems Op for getDare.

Either that or he is just simply baiting us all. Mmmmmm, but then that would make him a Master baiter.
It would seem that Loke’s plan is therefore to just run the site while someone else does all the work, namely (Depp). Now this could be a tricky one, as Depp is obviously making lots of money through adverts, that themselves may violate getDares own rules. This would incur the wrath of a new administrator (Loke).
Perhaps the best thing would be to buy Loke out by offering him $20. With that he could register the lokeDare.com website and work the rest out himself. OR if Depp was really nasty he could register getDare domain in Loke’s name and address. I think we can all work out what would happen next.
