For moral and legal reasons you should tell any girls you plan on dating that you have herpes. Imagine how fucked up it would be if a girl gave you herpes without telling you.

Canker sore - oral ulcer.
The exact cause of many aphthous ulcers is unknown but citrus fruits (e.g. oranges and lemons), lack of sleep, illness, physical trauma, hormonal changes, sudden weight loss, food allergies, immune system reactions and deficiencies in vitamin B12, iron, and folic acid may contribute to their development. Nicorandil and certain types of chemotherapy are also linked to aphthous ulcers.
Cold sore - viral infection.
Herpes labialis infection occurs when the herpes simplex virus comes into contact with oral mucosal tissue or abraded skin of the mouth.

Response to Interesting It's tough what I have. I can't really explain where it is, it's like inside and outside of my mouth at the same time. It's like in the middle of the bottom and top lip on the side of the mouth, on the inside.

Could be a blocked salivary gland. I had one, went to my doctor, and she told me it was nothing to worry about.
