I would say sleeping because it keeps your body calm. And music because it makes everything better.

My 'other' is playing games. It's normally my main method of relaxation! That and listening to music.

I was going to say hitting the gym or playing a high-intensity sport, but damn it if a spa would not soothe away every care in the world.

...I mean, I relax by, uh, saw down a tree. Yeah, that's it. I cut down a tree, like a real man. I don't want to go to the spa at all...
