A Different Kind of Pain

Oddly enough, I don't think I've ever seen this so much as mentioned on this site.

When you think of painful substances for CBT, you usually think of things like Icy Hot or maybe toothpaste. We're going in a different direction. We're using foot powder. Make sure you get some that advertises that "soothing cooling feeling." Clearly that is referring to how it feels on your feet.

In my experience, it works best when paired with a tight wet pair of underwear. Get them wet however you like. For the more daring, just piss. Once they are thoroughly dampened, put a nice layer of foot powder over the inside of the crotch and slip 'em on.

It should feel so cold that it almost feels like it's burning. Depending on how much powder you use, it could last for minutes or up to a couple of hours.

Disclosure: It is called medicated foot powder for a reason. I have no clue if using too much powder could cause problems. Work your way up to the desired amount of powder to make sure you don't cause any problems. That said, I have used a moderate amount on multiple occasions without any unintended effects.
