Okay, when you explain this simply to your slave, it sounds so easy, but it's not. It really is the worst suprise ever. simply balance on the balls of your feet, and bend down without putting pressure on any other par of the foot. Tell them to wait however long you want.

WARNING: I have only ever done this up to 45 secs! I do not know how long is safe, but MUSCLE SPASAMS WILL COME IF YOU DO IT TOO LONG!

I have one little thing to add to this, make sure you mention to your slave/sub to be away from things. Away from pointy table edges, counters and walls. That way if their feet/legs give out and they tumble over, they don't bonk into anything that could hurt them.

This really isn't that hard... Maybe it's because I'm a dancer

if your slave is good at this, you could make them be in this position while being spanked, or other ways to make it more difficult (standing on rice, etc).
