Ignoring in chat

Why do we always have to re-ignore people in chat? Especially when people are in our Ignore lists on the forum? Why can't this sort of thing be applied to chat? I'm a little tired of having to look over the list of who's online and click "ignore" before I start chatting to someone.

I think there was bugs with perma-ignore in the past.

I wonder why we can't delete old private chats when we can delete old private messages. Chat seems to be a completely different animal than forums

I guess it is sort of annoying having to reignore people, but I don't know if it is really that much of a problem. Just a few clicks and it is back to the way it was, annoying person gone.

While I could understand the frustration, I doubt you are really ignoring more than one or two regular users AT MOST on the chat. Most of the major issues (for me anyways) comes from one or two day users who are, "looking for a slav or the cam w/ butz only girlz

Would it be possible to block all requests for private chat?

When you are in chat on an iPod/iPhone/phone in general and a private request chat comes (which 99% is from the ''looking for a slav etc'' types) it messes everything up, sometimes it gets out of the page etc.

This feature might be a good one.
