No snacking!
To be more healthy, I'm abstaining sugary snacks during the week (except on Fridays, else it's impossible!)
So as to not slip up, I was recommended that there should be some sort of punishment when I do reach for that chocolate. Basically, I will count the number of slip ups, and then when they have accumulated towards the end of the week I'll do the task which I have chosen from your ideas. Be creative, just remember that they need to be number oriented so that the amount can be changed depending on the number of slip ups. My limits are in the signature.

Sounds like you have a good plan set up here is a dice game you can play at the end of every week. roll one die at the end of the week if you have slipped up #=number of slip ups
1-do 25 x # jumping jacks 2-spank yourself 10 x # times with a wooden spoon 3-spend # minutes mooning out a window 4-drink # glasses of water before you may pee 5-do 10 x # pushups 6-stick # ice cubes in the front of your pants Good luck.
