[The Judge]

This story is a story with Heather's decisions and how all they decide her fate and future.




Heather was the kind of girl who always had their life planned out. For eighteen years, she had worked hard at school to get into a great college. She had always been the “good” girl when it came to doing the right thing.
But now that graduation was right around the corner, she didn’t care anymore. She wanted to be adventurous and do things she knew would be hard for her. That was why she was on Getdare right now. She visited the site often but never would have thought that she’d be asking for a dare.
She signed in and checked her messages and noticed one that was slightly different from the others, but was the excitement that she felt she needed. The dare stated……

The dare stated:
Go to your next door neighbor’s pool and skinny dip in the pool and complete three laps. If someone catches you just, simply stop where you are and explain everything. - Mssg by the Attorney

Heather couldn’t believe her eyes! She had promised herself that she would do the first dare no matter what. But this was really risky and dangerous. What if she got caught and they called the cops?

“This is Emily’s house! She won’t care.” Heather said out loud to calm her nerves.

Emily had been Heather’s best friend for eight years now and they couldn’t be most close to each other. They never kept many secrets from each other for long and Heather knew that no matter what happened, the worst that could be was that Emily would rub it in her face for a long while. Heather had decided what she would do.

Heather walked down the stairs and out to her backyard growing ever more nervous as she slowed to a turtle’s pace toward the wooden fence that separated the two yards. She piped her head up over the fence and looked around.

There was nobody that she could see outside so Emily was either inside or, Heather hoped, away. Quickly, she stripped off her tank top followed quickly by her skirt. She wanted to get this over quickly but as she stood there with her hands on her straps, she again questioned herself.

She quickly threw that out of her mind and removed her bra and panties that were the tiniest bit wet. She looked over again and then jumped over.
She had to get this over as fast as she could so she dived headfirst into the pool. As she broke the surface she felt the thrill pulse through her and knew that she loved this and would remember this for a long time.

“Heather?”

“Heather?”
Heather turned slowly around. Emily was laying on the chair next to the pool with her mouth wide open.
“Ohh…. Hi Emily”
“Heather, what the hell are you doing?”
Heather remembered the dare. It said that she had to tell Emily everything. But she couldn’t! No!! But this was Emily again. She wouldn’t tell a soul. So it would be okay.
“Emily… It … was a dare. Let me explain.”
And so Heather told Emily everything about the site and how she felt some pleasure in it. When she had finished, there was complete silence. Emily looked thoughtful but at the same time surprised.
“Heather may I join you?”

"What?!?"
"Can I join you?"
"Uh sure. I guess……. What are you doing?!?"
"What does it look like? I’m stripping of course."
"Bu…"
"What?"
"Nothing."
Heather watched as her best friend stripped off the clothes that defined her. Emily was a pretty girl. With strawberry blond hair and blue eyes to match, her face attracted many guys around her. Her C Breasts were perfectly shaped for her athletic body after 4 years of volleyball. Emily walked over to the edge of the pool and slowly slid in. After a couple minutes, Emily spoke.

"So you did this as a dare?"
"Yeah. I’m just tired of being called the Good Girl all the time. I want something more adventurous."
"You couldn’t just go rock climbing or go to the beach?"
"Emily we’re five blocks from the beach. That’s nothing!"
"Well if you like dares so much how about a game of truth or dare?"
"Now?"
"No. we would need a guy to tease."
"True. But who?"
"How’s Kyle?"
Heather’s eyes light up in horror.

i just would want more replies because i don't prefer stories without any feedback.

Kyle was the guy that Heather had a crush on since they first met in 6th grade. She loved Kyle but had always been afraid that he might not like her. There always seemed to be a force that put them together,however. For the last 4 years of high school, they had had just about every class together and the teachers always seemed to place Heather behind Kyle or right next to him.

By inviting Kyle to the party, Heather knew that it would be the right time to ask all the questions she ever so wanted to ask him, and this would be a night to remember.
But would it be a night of happiness or a night where her dreams would come crashing down?



"Heather so what do you say?"
"Um… sure but he has to say yes."
"If you’re here, he’ll come. He’s always looking at you."
"Really? I never noticed that."
"Maybe that’s because you’re stuck thinking about him?"
"Probably."
"So go call him already."
Heather got out of the pool and climbed back over the fence to the safety of her backyard. She started to put her bra on when she realized that she could do something adventurous.
‘I’ll call him naked!’ she thought as she ran inside her house and saw her phone. She heard giggling behind her but thought nothing of it.
“Ok here goes” she said. Suddenly the phone in her hand vibrated. She looked down and noticed the name.
“Hello?”
“Hey Heather, its Kyle”
“Oh …KY…Kyle…h...hi” Heather stuttered
“You sound scared. Everything okay?” Kyle asked questionably.
“Oh yeah everything’s perfect! Actually, I was just about to call you.”
“Really? What about?”
“It’s nothing really.”
“Just tell me already silly”
“Well you see Emily is having a special party and I was wondering if you’d like to come”
“I’d love to come! But...what do you mean by special?”
“Truth or dare.”
“Oh…. Uh….”
“Pllleeaaasseeeee”
"Oh alright, damn you and your pleading voice. When?"
“7 at Emily’s house.”
“Next to your house right?”
“Right!”
“Ok see you at 7”
“Ok”
“Bye”
“Bye”
Yes he was coming. Heather noticed that she was a little wet from all the excitement that had just happened.
“Now it’s time to tell him… EVERYTHING”
Heather giggled as she went to tell Emily the good news.

sorry everyone, my computer crashed thanks to a virus which ended up also deleting my entire story. i will continue posting once i have completed the story again.

‘Later that night’

"Emily I don’t know about this"
"Heather, don’t be silly. Everything will be fine."
(Knock knock)
"There he is. Go get him."
As Heather walked toward the door, she kept brushing her hair and twisting it over and over. Finally, she reached the wooden door. She took one final breath and opened it.
"Hey Kyle come on in." Heather stuttered sliding a little to the left.
"Thanks Heather. So… what are we doing again?" Kyle asked as he stepped a little in.
"Well ya’know."
"Actually, I don’t."
"We’ll probably chat and then have some fun."
As Kyle entered the house and headed toward the kitchen, Heather felt like an angel that must have tripped a thousand times in a single second. She knew that she was head over heels for Kyle.
"Hey Emily. Haven’t seen you in awhile."
"Kyle! You saw me yesterday."
"I was just kidding."
"I know. But you know me."
"Yep. Always a drama queen."
“And proud of it!” Emily said while sticking out her tongue. “So everyone ready for TorD?”
“Let’s do it!” Heather and Kyle stated at the same time and with the same determination.
“Oh that was adorable” Emily said as if talking to a baby
“Oh shut up” Heather replied.
They all made their way to the living room where they all sat on the floor. They discussed all the rules. They must answer all truths and all dares no matter what and the game only ends when two-thirds of the group wants to stop. The game had begun.
