Yeah I voted for the second one, but really it's 1-3 for me. A lot of the time it feels like I'm doing it solely because my head/body whatever wants it and I'm not into it at all but it's a release. Other times I'm into it but it doesn't feel anything special. Then sometimes it's really nice and I pass out after xD

Most boys (and quite a few girls) lose all interest in sexual type things as soon as they orgasm, then it comes back after awhile.

I pretty much never stay quiet when I don't need to, I find I get more into it that way.
