Well dont walk ,crawl for 4 hours everyday and from now on every time you change a diaper ,lick it and then apply the diaper residue on the face and don't remove the diaper for 30 minutes,after that remove the diaper but don't remove the things sticked on the face...

They come out every 2 days...
Eat like a dog and drink like a dog...Only licking

Also while changing diaper,ads icy hot and chilly powder too... everytime...

How is the punishment?

Thanks for the punishment, I think the most stinky part will be the poop but I deserve it
