Denial Help FTM/20

I've decided to stop being a bad slut and start following the no touching or cumming rules that Sir has given me.
The only problem is that I have a hard time not touching myself.

I was hoping you guys could help me out with some tips on how to keep from doing so.

I don't have access to a chastity belt, nor do I have the money for one, but I could probably make one from belts or something if you have any suggestions on how to do that.

I could also maybe buy some numbing cream, but I don't know. I would really appreciate it if anyone has any ideas.
