The one year girly challenge

Hello I'm a 35 years old TG.
Today I start a new challenge : spending a whole year as a woman except for work or doing market. Apart from these exceptions, I would like to fully live the experience of a woman's life.
To validate this challenge, I'll have to spend at least 6 hours/day as woman on my work's days and 24/24 when i don't work.
This challenge already included :
- always sitting to pee
- fully dressed everyday and full make up when i don't work
- no fap and only cum by anal
- shopping every month (max 50 euros) : so you can have a cloth control. If i buy the item(s) you suggest me, i have to send you a picture of me (without face) modeling the suggested item(s)
So i need you to spice up this challenge. You can give me additional constraints, new rules and punishments ideas if i won't respect the rules. You can either modify the validation criteria for this challenge (with the exception of the minimum time dressed on working days)
I don't really know my limits but i'm sure i don't want nude, family and permanent mark.

Hello blue griffin,

Clothes : a small collection of all kinds of women's clothing

Toys : ropes, chain + 3 padlocks, ballgag, dildo, plug, tape, collar + leash, old pantyhoses, zipties and cuffs.

Work shedule : i'm off every monday, tuesday, friday and 1 sunday on 2.
When i work it's between 7:30am-2pm and 6pm-8pm.

I live alone.

For punishment i don't really know my limits. I only know i don't want permanent maks or do nudity in public.

No body hair, facial hair other than eyebrows.

- You must always sleep in a nightie/female pjs' - I do

- no more hair cuts until your hair is at least chin length. - this is the main problem, i loose my hair. So i put on a blonde wig

- replace your shower stuff with female targeted products once they need replacing - Rule added

Maybe keep your eye brows in a feminine shape.

you should address all women as miss/ma'am and all men as sir. (or what ever is equivalent in your country/language)

practice feminine mannerisms, at all times this should be fine for you to do at work

For all those who will visit this thread, I will bring some details on the context of this challenge.
I've been cross-dressing for some time now and I feel good that way. It's been a little while since I wanted to go further ... That's why I had the idea of this challenge: to live 1 year as a full time woman (except for work). As I know that being a woman is not just about dresses, heels and makeup, I created this thread to receive as many ideas as possible to make this experience very immersive (and do it in the form of dares is more fun).
The next rule I have to look at is "my menstrual cycle", as a woman I'm supposed to have periods.
