Make your sub cut a hack out of their hair. Or Have a haircut they do not want.

A little intense but would be fun. Make them tear up for extra points!

Honestly this is a great idea. Have it as a pre-arranged thing obviosuly for consent reasons. But its a great form of control. If i had a sub who was up for this i would cut an inch off every time they did somthing bad.
