The Introduction.
A Prelude
Feel Free to attempt this, if you do so; please post your "score" as a comment.
Make sure to read the whole thing before you start- at best it will be a few hours of cramps; but tap out too soon and you will wind up with a pretty crappy punishment.

Unless otherwise specified, use plain warm water. Feel free to add a little salt, or any other additives you normally use; but do not use irratants unless otherwise indicated, and you feel comfortable doing so.

I recommend drinking gaterade or another electrolyte drink while doing a large volume enema , or large amount of enemas in quick succession.

Use your common sense, and don't do anything you're not comfortable with; and listen to your body.

Stage One.
The Clean Out
This stage is intended to warm up your insides and make a little more space inside you before the real test begins.
You may wait up to 10 minutes between each level.

Level One.
Take a 300 ml enema. Use a liberal amount of soap, glceryin, vinegar or other irritant. Hold for 15 minutes, then expell.

Level Two.
Take a 400 ml enema. Hold for 10 minutes, then expell.

Step Three
Take a 500 ml enema. Hold for 5 minutes, then expell.
Proceed immediately to Stage Two.

Stage Two.
A Quick Stretch
A few large volume enema's to get into the swing of things.
You may wait up to 5 minutes between the levels.

Level One
Take a 800 ml enema. Add a few squirts of soap, glceryin, vinegar or other irritant. Hold for 10 minutes, then expell.

Level Two
Take a 1100 ml enema. Hold for 5 minutes, then expell.
Proceed to Stage Three, after no more than 15 minutes of rest.

Stage Three.
The Big Count
I recommend hanging the bag low and taking it slowly, particularly as you get fuller.

Level One
Take a 500 ml enema. Hold for at least 5 minutes. DO NOT expell.
Procced immediately to the next Level.

Level Two
While still holding the previous enema, Take an additional 250ml. Hold for at least 5 minutes. DO NOT expell.
Repeat Level Two until you can not hold anymore.

The Encore.
Punishments and Forfeits.

Give up anywhere before Stage Three?
Before bed take a 250ml enema of cooking oil. You might want to diaper up as no matter how tight you clench, it will be seeping out all night.

Didnt Take more than 1000 ml in the final stage?
Repeat Stage Two, but double the holding times.

Took less than 1500ml in the final stage?
Repeat Stage Two

More than 1500ml, but less than 2100?
Pat yourself on the back, no punishment.

Did you manage more than 2100ml in the final Stage?
You did so well in this dare you can give me a punishment.

I used half/half water and vinegar. It was not as bad as I feared.

I mixed water with a little amount of ivory soap. It burned a bit, but I handled it.

Clear water was a relief!
