Hey Jamie,

Sounds like you’re in for a fun day. I’ve sent you a message on Kik but here’s some to start you off:-

When you get up this morning start by standing naked at your bedroom window, and edge. If you live alone or have the house to yourself then do this again at the most public facing window in the house.

Now, since you like feet I think you deserve to have some foot fun. First line up all your shoes in a row. I want you to crawl along the shoes giving each one at least 30 seconds of smelling. You can lick them if you like. Determine which has the strongest smell and those are the shoes to wear today.
