so you need to have your shirt off, have clamps, rope, and other toys laying on your bed. call him in and tell him you were told to let him have some fun with you and that he has 1 hour to make you do anything and or do anything to you.

Tie his feet together and arms over his head. Then time yourself tickling him and see how long he can make it without either laughing or telling you to stop. Then have him tie you up and do the same thing.

Whoever lasts the longest gets to give the wedgie of their choice to the other guy.

Play a racing game with your brother, for every race, the looser drinks half a cup of water. You can't get up until one of you piss themselves. The other one gets to go to the bathroom normally.

You could do a wedgie war with your brother. You guys have to try and give the other one as my wedgies as you can by a certain time of the day and who ever gave the fewer wedgies is the loser and does a forfeit.

Play paper, rock, scissors.
Each round, the winner gets to pick a prize:

Loser takes off piece of clothing
Winner hits loser in the balls
Winner gives loser a wedgie
Winner can fart on loser

Decide if your limit will be naked or just underwear. Game ends when one person is at this limit, and loses round. (For example, if limit is underwear, and you've stripped down to underwear already, play until you lose a round, then game ends.)

Winner chooses between following prizes for loser of entire game:

Loser takes selfie (if naked, can cover genitals) Winner decides what happens with pic
Loser does a streaking dare however he is dressed at the end (underwear or naked)
Winner can make loser stay how he is currently dressed (underwear or naked) for up to 3 hours.
