So, I'm really into anal training. I'll share some basic training with you all, just for the sake of it. Please, give feedback and report.
If you desire some custom training I'm open to give tasks - I'd rather long-term, but that's not a necessity.

Here we go:

Take a lot of pencils and insert as many as you can inside your ass, one at a time. When you think you reached your maximum, bind them together with a rubberband.
Count how many pen you could fit inside you. Divide that number by 2 and put on that many clothespins on your breasts, starting from the nipples.
Now, with all the pencils filling you and your nipples itching, give ten thrust for each pencil.
Now, you may take off the clothespins and pencils.

Orgasm rule: whenever you prefer, you must have an orgasm for every ten pencil you managed to insert. You don't deserve anything if you haven't been a good whore

Well, 30 is a fair amount. The reward is the orgasm rule (check the first post): you have to orgasm once for each ten pencil you insert.

Not sure if I could adapt it for non-orgasm related and go with an edge instead? Would that ruin the concept?

Actually, you are kinda forced to have an orgasm each 10.
Yet, if that's not possible for you, you may edge each time - but the last one should be an orgasm

I have to save it for next week.
