Okay, how about this:

Take something long and phallic: preferably a dildo but a long cucumber or banana would work well. Once ready try and take it as deep in your throat as possible, resisting gagging. Once you have gone as far as you can go hold your fingers there and pull it out. That is your marker.

Now you must try again and beat your marker. Every time you succeed in beating your marker, it moves to the deeper point on the dildo/object. Only when you have beaten your marker 5 times in a row can you stop.

If at any point you don't go as deep as you can (so as to ruin the challenge), you must apply toothpaste around and slightly inside your asshole and start again.
