How this will work:

OK. I guess that works for now.

Every day, you will try different things using your fingers, trying to make your nipples hurt more than the day before. The goal is to try to get as close to a 10 as possible, but not all at once. Tomorrow you'd want a 7, then a 7.5, then and 8, etc. Building up more pain.

You should also try to stay in pain longer. So, do 2 minutes at 6.5, the tomorrow 5 minutes at 6.5, than try for 2 minutes at 7, then 5 at 7, and so on.
Building up pain level and building up time you deal with it.
When your reach as close to a 10 as possible, the task changes to just add time. 2 minutes, to 5, to 10, to 20.

As this is a daily rule, to inflict and grow and endure this pain, you might hit a point where more pain isn't possible, and more than 20 minutes seems pointless.
Here is where we switch up.
Fingers use pinching/crushing pain.
So, the goal after pain level and time is maximized with fingers is to find ways to inflict pinching or crushing pain with other objects. First starting at about the same pain level as the most you can do with your fingers, and then aiming for more and more, in increments. Each of these you'll want to feel for at least 5 minutes, but have no upper limit. Keep going as long as you can endure/enjoy.
We don't want to stop when you're in tears. We want to stop when we've reached as much pain as you think you can actually cause, with crushing sensations.

Rule: once per week, you must manage to bring yourself DANGEROUSLY close to orgasm while around unsuspecting family or friends.
