Want to formalise your slave/master relationship with a contract stating the conditions so there can be no misunderstanding? Give me your request here and i'll provide it to you.

Simply provide me with the following information and i will provide it to the master within 3 working days. Once both have signed off you can keep a copy each for yourselves, or you can provide me a copy if you want a neutral 3rd party to manage any disputes.

The information i will require:

• Name of Master (GetDare account name)
• Name of Slave (GetDare account name)
• Type of Contract (Permanent/Fixed Term/Casual)
• Start Date of Contract
• Length of Contract (if Fixed Term)
• Notice Period (Number of days/weeks notice which must be given to the other party before the contract can be exited legitimately)
• Update Period (Number of consecutive days either party may go without responding to the other)
• Leave Allowance per month (Number of days leave slave is allowed to take, if agreed upon by master, per month)
• Slave's Limits
• Blackmail Conditions (if applicable)
• Fixed Rules (if applicable)
• Additional info/conditions you want
