Ok... You will need your 2 bras that are too small for this. But be aware that you will make one into a filter like. Make sure at least one tack is set on top of your nipples, plus a few more on top of each aureola.

Once you have your tack bra, you will wear it and do 100 pushups. This is how you will make them:

Lay on the floor naked except to the tack bra, with your tits down, of course. Optionally, put a pillow between your face and the floor, but other than that...

Keep your doors and windows open in full.. or better yet, do this somewhere in the open.
